Where Normal Need Not Apply
Many forms of writing include visual elements, but there’s a difference between images that simply provide a visual element, and images that add to the writing. Let’s take a look at how we can make the visuals we include with our work add to the meaning of our words.

We might find it difficult to trust someone else, might not want to be a burden, or might feel like a failure for not being able to do it all. I’m a perfectionist, so I had to get over a lot of my own issues to be able to publish my stories. Many steps along our writing path can make us uncomfortable, as we’re not perfect, not ready. But I never would have been able to publish if I hadn’t pushed myself to be comfortable with being uncomfortable.
